New Release Showcase - Beach Kitty

Welcome to our new release showcase today as we kick off our 2,750 Members Celebration event at Stamps by AuroraWings Facebook group!  For the next two days, my designers and I will be bringing you lots of inspiration, games, and prizes, for our milestone celebration.  Be sure to stop by periodically and check at the FB group for game announcements, new releases, and special offers!!

First, we are so happy to bring to you not just one, but two new releases today in our showcase!  I hope you like them, as these images are for animal lovers - both kitties and puppies - and seasonal, well, at least for those of us who are in the northern hemisphere right now.

Hi, friends! :D  Thank you for stopping by.  Today I have a crafter feature of a cute card by Marion Lones with one of my kitty digis, "We Love Snowman!".

Here's  a fun, whimsical card  for winter.  I love what Marion has done with this image.  Snow is often intimidating when we try to color since you are trying to capture something white on a white paper (Printing the image on a colored paper in some soft, neutral shade is one approach that helps reduce the anxiety we feel trying to capture 'white', by the way. ^_^  ).  She has done a beautiful job with stippling with different shades of grey here.  I also love that the feline trio are colored in the classic solid colors - black, white, and orange.   This is one of my personal favorites among the Animal Whimsy collection as I LOVE to watch little younguns play in the snow (Not only do they not stay that size for very long, but the older cats simply hate cold weather and snow. XD ) - or anywhere for that matter.

Isn't this fun?  From what I've seen of the kids that come to my house trick-or-treating over the years, they're all into collecting as many candies as they can, filling either a pillow case or a pumpkin shaped basket as much as they can (and sometimes emptying them out at home so they can go for some more!).  Halloween is a fun time - everyone can dress up as whatever they want and demand treats from strangers. LOL  I think all of our designers' creations here capture that fun and joy.  I love them all!
